Help us with an 8 question survey about our Taoist Tai Chi classes!

The Taoist Tai Chi Society would like your help to determine the best time and place (location) for new classes. We are considering moving our classes into a permanent retail location at a strip mall in the SW corner of Miller and McDowell. This is about 1.5 miles from the 101 Expressway and 2.2 miles from the 202 Expressway.
