Taoist Tai Chi Beginners Class Now Forming
The Taoist Tai Chi Society would like to invite you to pre-register for the Taoist Tai Chi open house this upcoming Wednesday, May 3, 2006, 6:30pm.
At the open house, we will:
- demonstrate the 108 moves of Taoist Tai Chi;
- teach you the first few moves; and
- discuss the health benefits of regular practice.
Please come meet our members and experience for yourself how pleasant practicing Taoist Tai Chi can be.
