Oct. 22 - Taoist Tai Chi Awareness Day – Changing Hands Bookstore

Please join us (and bring friends) on Oct. 22 at 2:00 pm; we will be demonstrating Taoist Tai Chi at the Changing Hands Bookstore in Tempe. In addition to the demonstration, we will teach the first couple moves, discuss the health benefits of dedicated practice, and answer any questions.
