Members may attend as many classes as they wish: locally, in Arizona, and around the world. Our instructors are dedicated and trained volunteers. So, your contribution supports our non-profit, charitable organization. Your contribution is likely tax deductible. Healthy Body & Mind

The Taoist Tai Chi™ arts take a holistic approach to good health that integrates body, mind and spirit. Incorporating the 108-move Tai Chi set, the ensemble of arts that we practice can bring a wide range of health benefits to the muscular, skeletal and circulatory systems, with a soothing effect on the mind. In the hectic pace of today’s society, that’s a balance that can benefit us all.

Learn by Doing

It worked for you in learning to walk and talk as a child. And doing works particularly well in learning the Taoist Tai Chi™ internal arts. Our Beginner Class format is quite simple. The instructor demonstrates a Tai Chi move several times, then performs it with the class and finally watches the students as they repeat it.
